  9. 1/4 cupchocolate chips(Folded into batter)
  10. 1/4 cupchocolate chips, for sprinkling on top of brownies before baking, optional

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray..

  2. 2

In a medium bowl whisk together AP(All-Purpose) Flour and baking powder.

  3. 3

Prepare a water-bath on the stove or you can do this step in a microwave. In a 2nd medium bowl, melt your baking chocolate chips and butter together until combined(resembles a chocolate sauce). Allow to cool for 5-8 minutes.

  4. 4

To your 2nd medium bowl, you're going to add in your sugars and vanilla extract, stir until combined.

  5. 5

Add in your slightly beaten eggs, mix until smooth and combined

  6. 6

Fold in dry mixture just until combined. In 2 parts..(Over mixing makes tough brownies!!)

  7. 7

Fold in your 1\4 cup Chocolate Chips.

  8. 8

Pour batter into prepared baking pan(8x8 square pan)

  9. 9

**This next step is optional.** Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips over your brownie batter...

  10. 10

Bake brownies for 25- 30 minutes.. When finished, allow to cool and serve. :)
