Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutter, melted
  2. 2 cupsugar substitute, such as truvia/stevia (can also use regular sugar)
  3. 1 cupgluten free all purpose flour (can use reg flour cup for cup)
  4. 2/3 cupCocoa
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspxanthum gum (if using regular flour instead of gluten-free, you don't need this ingredient)
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/2 cupsoy milk (or milk of your choice)
  9. 3 tspvanilla, divided
  10. 12 ozsemisweet chocolate chips
  11. 14 ozsweetened condensed milk

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F.

    In mixer bowls, beat butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, xanthum gum, eggs, milk, & 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread in greased 13x9 pan.

    Bake 40 minutes or until set.

    Just before brownies are done, in saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk & remaining 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Immediately spread over hot brownies.

    Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
