Ingredients

  1. 3thick pork chops
  2. 2 tbspdried basil
  3. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tbsponion powder
  5. 1 1/2 tspground white pepper
  6. 1 tspground thyme
  7. 1salt
  8. 3/4 cupbbq sauce
  9. 4 ozraspberries
  10. 1/3 cupraspberry vinegar
  11. 1 tbspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine raspberries, sugar, and vinegar in a food processor. Pulse until chunky. Add to bbq sauce in a small sauce pot. Reduce by 1/4.

    Toss pork chops with enough oil to cover. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145-155°, or desired doneness.
