Ingredients

  1. 3pork chops
  2. 1/2 cupbbq sauce
  3. 1/4 cupmaple syrup
  4. 1 tbspespresso powder
  5. 1 tbspbacon-molasses grill seasoning
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1olive oil; as needed
  9. 1salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine bbq sauce, maple, and espresso powder in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer while pork cooks.

    Toss pork chops with enough olive oil to cover. Season. Bake at 350° until desired doneness.

    Brush chops with sauce during last five minutes of cooking.

    Garnish with crispy bacon.
