I make snacks nearly everyday. I'm always looking for delicious sweets that can be made simply and with few ingredients.In Step 3, try to make your cookie shapes quickly to keep the dough from losing shape. This recipe is just right for a single serving, but if you like, please adjust the volume and the cookie shapes accordingly. (If you do, please remember to adjust the cooking time as well.) Originally from Chef Michael Smith, the first telly cooking show I watched, and it got me doing cooking and baking til now.This recipe will make around 40 pcs, each dough balls weigh about 15 grams 😅 yes i weigh them lol

Soft and chewy. Makes at least 24 cookies

I had a strong urge to bake and since it has been more than 10 years since i baked my last batch, i googled around for some recipes. Found one I liked, modified it a bit and presto! :-)

Made these for my nieces who were asking me to buy them cookies. They loved it! I almost didn't get to take pictures because they already ate half of the first batch of cookies. LOL.This recipe makes super moist cookies! Try it!

Ric, fudgy chocolate cookie with a mellow espresso aftertaste. Makes about 36 cookies.

I did my researches on cookies and adjusted the ingredients amounts to my liking i always bake them for my friends.

A yummy creation using items from my pantry already on hand.

Makes about 30 cookies about 2" in diameter. The cinnamon and coffee are optional but really adds to the overall flavor.
