Ingredients

  1. 3 cupflour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 1/2 cupvegetable shortening
  4. 1egg
  5. 5 tbspcold water
  6. 1 tbspdistilled white vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Combine flour and salt in a bowl

    Add shortening . Mix till it looks like crumbs .

    Beat 1 egg and add to mixture,

  4. 4

    Next add in the cold water and vinegar mix well till combined.

  5. 5

    Makes 2 crusts for one whole pie or 2 country rustic flat pies.

    On a floured counter roll out the crust.
