  1. cake batter
  2. 175 gramssoft /melted butter
  3. 175 gramscastor sugar or 6 Oz
  4. 3eggs, beaten
  5. 175 gramsflour or 6 Oz
  6. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. chocolate cocoa icing
  8. 4 tbspbutter
  9. 2 tbspmilk
  10. 1 1/2 cupconfectioners sugar (icing sugar)
  11. 1 tspvanilla flavour
  12. 1 tbspcocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, place butter,sugar,beaten eggs,flour,baking powder.

    With electric mixer, beat well until all ingredients are thoroghly blended.

    Spoon the mixture into prepared cake tin.

  4. 4

    Bake for 25 mins. Cool for 10 mins. Frost it.

    Now for icing. In a bowl beat butter and cocoa together until combined

  6. 6

    Add milk & vanilla; beat until smooth.

  7. 7

    Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until desired consistency is achieved. Adjust with more milk or confectioners sugar if necessary.
