Ingredients

  1. A. Pureed (in a food processor)
  2. 450 gripe banana
  3. 4eggs
  4. 200 gcorn oil
  5. 1 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1/2 CCastor sugar
  7. 1/2 CDark Brown Sugar
  8. 1/2 tspfine salt
  9. B. Combined & Sifted together
  10. 2 CSelf Raising flour
  11. 2 tbspFull Cream Milk Powder
  12. 1 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Puree A in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a big mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Gently fold in B (in two batches) until smooth.

  3. 3

    Pour batter into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake at 150°C (depending on the oven) for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
