Just as the name suggests, the overall taste is creamy and when teamed with whole wheat bread, it becomes healthy too!Sweet corn has a number of health benefits and it’s sweet taste imparts a wonderful flavour to the dishes in which it is used! In this recipe, I have ground 2/3 rd of the boiled corn to make it creamy and teamed it with some white sauce. The rest of the corn has been kept whole for the added crunch! The cheddar and pizza cheese just adds up to the overall taste and makes this dish quite filling too!

When I was eating maple cheese and nut mochi, I wondered what it would be like on toast. This is a simple easy breakfast, lunch or snack egg cheese toast. It all bakes in the oven so you can make as many as you need and they are all done at the same time. Add some frest fruit and your done!

I have used many cabbage recipes and to find out the best flavour using mayonnaise, mayonnaise and honey, or lemon sesame dressing. Soy sauce and mirin combination is the best! So I uploaded this recipe as I want other people to try it out.Some people may want to reduce calorie intake... but spread margarine first on the toast as this prevents the toast from becoming soggy and also makes cabbage delicious when steamed.
