Classic mojito

So yesterday, I worked behind my friend’s mobile bar and this happened. One of my favorite drinks of all time . I added a ginger twist to it. Feel free to experiment other flavors
Easy on the pocket too so you can always try this at home.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a glass (I used a mason jar here) put in your lime wedges and brown sugar and your mint.
- 2
Muddle Together to release oils from mint leaves and integrate flavors. Add your ginger syrup and this time and lemon juice and stir
- 3
Add a little sprite at this time and stir together
- 4
Almost fill the glass with crushed ice then stir again. Top up with soda water and garnish with lemon slice or mint leaves

Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions
Summer and blueberries yum. Here are 2 different versions. One non alcohol I learned thru an online cooking class and one alcohol version I found on the internet. I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden. Katatonickat -

Nouveau Mojito Nouveau Mojito
My wife loves Mojitos, but does not like getting a mouthful of mint leaves with every sip. This recipe retains the mint flavor without the side salad of the traditional Mojito. John Courtade -
