Jalapeno Poppers
Here's what they should look like! :ohyeaah
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut both end of jalapenos then cut the jalapenos in half long ways then scoop out the seeds (I recommend using a spoon or knife not your hands)
- 2
Soak the cut jalapenos in water for about 1 hour (depending on the heat you want)
- 3
Meanwhile, cut the bacon in half and preheat the oven to 350°
- 4
Once they are done soaking, fill the inside with the cream cheese. Then wrap in the uncooked bacon. Place in a flat pan and put in the oven until cream cheese begins to melt and get brown on edges.
- 5
And you're done!

Easy Jalapeño Poppers Easy Jalapeño Poppers
I have been slowly trying to perfect a Jalapeño Popper recipe that is easy to do and tastes great. The results so far are excellent. One note though, if you substitute low fat cream cheese the cream cheese mixture comes out slightly more dense from the oven. Nick Berardi
