I forgot to add the shredded cheese but they still came out amazing !

Super easy appetizer/snack , filled with flavor and a kick of spice.
I forgot to add the shredded cheese but they still came out amazing !
Steps

Start by assembling all ingredients. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Start by cutting the top of the jalapeños, the cut them in half and with a scoop the inside with a spoon.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, paprika, salt, black pepper and cilantro until well combined. This will be the filling.

In a non stick pan, melt the butter and add the hing. Turn off the heat and add the bread crumbs. Mix well.

Assemble the jalapeño peppers by adding the cream cheese filling and then top them off with the bread crumbs by turning them upside down in the pan.

Place them in an aluminum lined pan and bake them for 25 minutes.

Remove them from the oven, let them sit for 2 minutes and serve !
