Steps
- 1
Slice the jalapeño open by cutting only half way through the cap. (the end where the stem was) Then slice the jalapeño longways perpendicular to the first cut.
- 2
With a small spoon carefully scoop out the seeds from the inside of the pepper. If you like em HOT leave some seeds.
- 3
Mix the crushed garlic with the cream cheese and then fill the empty jalapeño with the mix.
- 4
Wrap the the pepper with a strip of bacon and place toothpicks at both ends of the pepper. Now you're ready to grill!!!
- 5
You can get creative adding your favorite tailgating foods into the mix. I've put chicken strips with buffalo sauce in the cream cheese and then stuffed.
