Ingredients

  1. Semovita -500g. #200
  2. Okro #100
  3. stockfish #200
  4. eja kika #150
  5. ponmo #200
  6. crayfish #100, expensive oo
  7. Uziza leaves #50
  8. Palm oil. have it at home
  9. seasonings. have it at home
  10. grounded pepper. have it at home
  11. found some fresh pepper in the fridge

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the stockfish and ponmo Properly with salt and rinse

    Put the stock fish and ponmo in a pot and bring to boil

    Add your seasonings

    I grounded the crayfish and fresh pepper together and added it to the pot

    It comes with mood, sometimes I love my okro chunky or in bits but I sliced them thinly

    I added my Palm oil and let it boil for 1min

    Didn't feel like frying the okro. Not everyday fry fry 😂

    Then I added the okro

    Stir

    Let it cook, do not cover the pot

    Taste for salt and pepper

    You can actually cut your uziza leaves with your hands, not difficult

    Let it cook for some secs, don't want it to soft since no meat so that I can chew something

    Then the leaves

    Then made the semo, not perfect in making semo tho. But we learn everyday
