Ingredients

  1. 2fresh pepper
  2. 1/2 kgmeat
  3. 50 gokro
  4. 1cksp crayfish
  5. Small bunch of uziza leaf
  6. Small bunch of vegetable(ugu)
  7. 2cksp of palmoil
  8. 2knorr cube
  9. 1onion
  10. 1dryfish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat very well with salt.boil with Maggi,onion and salt till is soft.

    Grate okro with grater and keep aside.cut onion inside it.

  3. 3

    Put back the boiled meat on fire pour in water enough for the soup.allow to boil very well.

    Add pepper,crayfish,salt,Maggi and dry fish.let it boil very well.

    Then pour in the okro stir and add the uziza leaf,immediately add the vegetable stir and bring down.

    Add medium amount in a pot place on fire,allow to boil very well pour in the semovita and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon till is mix well.cover the pot and let it boil for 2mins.then bring down.

    Enjoy with the okro soup.
