Ingredients

  1. 4 cupslice yellow onions
  2. 2 tbspbutter or margarine
  3. 1 cupwhite wine or water
  4. 1/2 cupwhite vinager
  5. 4 tbspwhite sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Slice onions

    Heat butter or margarine in a fry pan over medium heat. Add onions and saute until light golden brown. 7-10 minutes.

    Add white wine or water, vinager and sugar.

  4. 4

    Boil over medium heat until almost all liquid has evaporated. Turn heat down as it gets closer to being finished. 10-15 minutes.
