Traditional Cheesecake with Crust and Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients

  1. Crust
  2. 50 gramsbutter
  3. 100 gramsdigestive biscuits
  4. 50 gramsoatmeal
  5. Filling
  6. 50 gramsAP flour
  7. 4 largeeggs
  8. 400 gramscream cheese
  9. 200 gramscastor sugar
  10. Blueberry Sauce
  11. 1Blueberry jam
  12. 1water
  13. 1sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 170c.

    For crust,mix all the ingredients and press to the cake tin base. Chill in the fridge.

    In mixer bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Add eggs one by one.

  5. 5

    Finally, add flour to the batter and pour to top of the chilled crust.

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour approximately.

    Let it cool then put it in fridge at least 2 hours before serve.

  8. 8

    For topping, boil the water,jam and sugar until smooth and consistent. Let it warm and pour onto the cake.
