A simple twist, asian western fushion.. if you are already bored with the regular mac n cheese.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 packagesmacaroni
  2. 3 clovegarlic
  3. 1 slicegarlic 1 cm thick
  4. 2 cupchicken broth (can be replaced by any preferred stock)
  5. 1boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
  6. 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1pak choy or any preferred green veggies
  9. 1carrot
  10. GARNISH
  11. 1fried onion
  12. 1cellery (leaves)

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    Grind garlic and ginger until smooth in a food processor.

  2. 2

    In a pot, heat some oil and pour garlic/ginger paste. Stir until garlic a bit brown but becareful not to burn it.

    Add chicken and keep on stirring it until tender.

  4. 4

    Add chicken broth and simmer it for a while.

  5. 5

    Add veggies (tomato, carrot, pak choy). Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with lid for 1mins and remove from heat.

    Meanwhile, cook macaroni as in package instructions. Boil with some salt

  7. 7

    Drain macaroni and pour the soup. Garnish
