Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 160 degree

Melt jaggery in microwave at high temp for 30 sec

Mix dry ingredients...flour,cocco powder,baking powder,baking dsoda,choco chips

Mix curd and oil and add jaggery and vanilla essence

Adf dry ingredients in the curd mix and fold it in cut and fold process

Line the baking try with butter paper and tranfer the batter in it
- 7
Sprinkle choco chips and chopped nuts and bake it for 25 min or till it the toothpick inserted comes out clear
- 8
Cool it on wire rack and cut it and enjoy
