Cooking Instructions

2 cups of hotish watter tap water will work. 2 cups of flower 2 tbsp of sugar 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp of yeast 2 tsp salt. mix all togeather and let stand for 8 to 10 mins the yeast will bubble and after a while it will look like a sponge

in two pans boil watter

add 3 cups of flower to the sponge and knead for 8 or 9 mins

here's where the boiling water comes in. place dough in a cold oven and place the 2 pots of boiling water next to the bowl of dough and close the oven door and let the dough rise for 45 mins.

pull out the pans of watter and boil them agin. pull out the bowl of dough it should have doubled in size and place it on a clean counter and punch it yes punch the heack out of it till its flat and devide it into three parts and place them into the bread pans and put them into the oven agin with the boiling water and let them rise agin

pull the three pans out after they have raised to the top of the pan and set them on a counter in the pans remove the pots of water and pre heat the oven to 375. and bake the bread for 25 mins

remove baked bread from the pans and let them cool for 15 mins on one side and then 15 on other side. then cut and enjoy
