Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 375°F
- 2
rinse chicken & remove giblets
- 3
mix up the marinade in a gallon sized zip lock bag.
- 4
place chicken, breast side down, in liquid. marinade at least 30 minutes. reserve marinade.
- 5
place chicken in a shallow roasting pan and cook for 75 minutes or until done, basting every 20 minutes. once it reaches 180°F, remove from oven and allow to rest, uncovered, for at least 15 minutes before carving.
