  3. 2cherry tomato
  4. 3/4black olives
  5. 5 slicemushrooms
  6. 1 slicehavarti (light)
  7. 1/3 cupfresh cheese (unsalted)
  8. 5 slicesmall eggplants
  9. 5 slicered pepper
  10. 2cheddar cheese
  11. 1olive oil
  12. 1oregano
  13. 1basil
  14. 1black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    prepare the bread adding few olive oil

  2. 2

    put the chesse on (fresh and havarti on each bread)

  3. 3

    cut the tomato, mushrooms and eggplants

  4. 4

    put the tomato and mushrooms together on the same bread, and the eggplants on the other

  5. 5

    put red pepper and cheddar on eggplants bread

  6. 6

    slice black olives and add it to the tomato bread

  7. 7

    spice eggplants bread with basil, and tomato bread with oregano and both with black pepper

  8. 8

    add olive oil onto both toasts to prevent drying at the oven

  9. 9

    preheat the oven if you need it, and bake the toasts to 150C for 20 minutes
