Ingredients

  1. 1 cankidney beans
  2. 1 cantomatoes
  3. 1 cantomatoes
  4. 1/2onion
  5. 1 lbground beef
  6. 1 envelopechili seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onion into pieces.

    Put onions and ground beef in pan. Add salt & pepper and garlic powder.

    Brown beef. Drain excess fat.

    In a large pot, put both cans of tomatoes (undrained) and can of kidney beans (drained).

    Add meat & onions to the pot. Add more salt & pepper.Stir.

    Add seasoning packet. You may need to add about 1/2 cup of water.

    Let simmer on low for about 15 minutes (or more). If it is not thick enough, you can add a 6 oz can of tomato paste to thicken.

    Top with grated cheese and sour cream.
