Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2lemom, grated
  2. 1 tbspginger, grated
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2onion
  6. 1 largered/green pepper
  7. 1/2broccoli
  8. 3/4cauliflower
  9. 3 largecarrots
  10. 2 tbspcurry powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the ingredients, and boil the broccoli, the cauliflower and the carrots till they are a bit tender.

    With the vegetables dried, preheat a frying pan, with the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic and the pepper.

    When the onion and the pepper are almost done, add the broccoli, the cauliflower and the carrots, chopped. Add the salt, the curry, the ginger and the lemon and cook it about 6-7 min

    If you want, you can add a bit of grated cheese, once served.
