  9. 1 litertomato sauce (basil, garlic and onion)

  11. 1 bunchdried oregano
  12. 1 dashred wine
  13. 1 bunchfresh basil
  14. 1 dashsalt
  15. 1 dashground black pepper
  16. 10bay leaves
  17. 3 1/2 tbspcooking olive oil
  18. 3onion, chopped
  19. 1 1/2 headgarlic, minced
  20. 1 dashpaprika
  21. sources of carbs
  22. 1 kgspaghetti
  23. condiments
  24. 4 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  25. 250 gramsparmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, add pepper, salt, & paprika (PSP), and mirin in deep sauce pan

    Brown meat and mushrooms in mix, adjusting PSP and putting in bay leaves

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, some oregano, and tomato sauce, and wait for mixture to boil

  4. 4

    Simmer over medium low heat for 45 minutes

  5. 5

    Cook noodles and drizzle with EVOO once al dente

  6. 6

    Grill Italian sausages

  7. 7

    Serve together with condiments and share
