  3. 200 mlliquid cream
  4. 1onion
  5. 200 gramsbacon
  6. 100 mlmilk
  7. 50 gramsgrated cheese

    preheat oven to th 5

    lay the pastry in a tart mold

    cook the pastry on its own for 10 min max

    cut the bacon and the onion in little pieces

  5. 5

    mix all the ingredients together finishing with the bacon and onion.add some salt and pepper.

    put the mixture on the pastry.cook for 30 minutes
