Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  2. 1/2 tspfresh garlic
  3. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1 smallonion chopped
  5. 1/2green pepper chopped
  6. 1 lbground beef
  7. 1 tbspfresh thyme
  8. 1egg
  9. 1/4 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  10. 1 pinchwhite pepper
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1 pinchblack pepper
  13. 1/2 pinchall spice
  14. 2 tspsoy sauce
  15. 1/2 cupmerlot or your choice of red wine
  16. 2 tbspall purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    Heat medium sauce pan.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together except flour and wine they are for the reduction of flavors and gravy.

    Mix all ingredients well and begin to form small to medium size balls for your heated pan.

  4. 4

    Once all meatballs are formed begin placing them in your pan from middle to outside so once your done laying your outer balls the inner ones are almost ready to turn.

    Once all balls are turned once and cooked for about 15 minutes cover for 5 minutes.

    Remove cover and remove balls from the pan and slowly add the merlot or your choice of red wine. Let it reduce and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.

    Once your juices are all combined and red from your wine, begin adding your flour slowly and whisk all together until well blended and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Now place the meatballs back into the pan and cover for 10 minutes on low.

  9. 9

    Prepare rice or mashed potatoes with this and carrots or string beans and ENJOY!
