Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 packagesfrozen spinach
  • 8 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 2 clovegarlic shopped
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tbspflour
  • 1salt and nutmeg to taste

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    boil the spinach for 10minutes and drain the water

  2. 2

    in a skillet warm the olive oil,add the garlic stir and cook for 2minutes

  3. 3

    add the spinach and the vinegar season with salt and nutmeg ,stir and cook in low heat for 20,30minutes ,stir a couple of times

  4. 4

    mix the milk with the flour amd add to the spinach

  5. 5

    increase the heat and stir until it becomes creamy

Very good, added a chopped onion with the garlic. Was a nice change for dinner.
