Ingredients: 1 large stemed deseeded, and deviened jalapeno; 1 lb spaghetti and 2 tablespoon of olive oil; 1 28 ounce can tomato puree; 1 large onion chopped; 2 lb ground beef; 1 1/4 lb mild Italian sausage very cold or partially frozen; 2 tbsp Hungarian paprika; 1/2 tsp white pepper powder; 1 salt to taste; 4 tbsp minced garlic; 1/3 cup sugar; 1 tbsp sweet basil; 1 quart vine ripened tomatoes; 1 can 12 ounce tomato paste; 1 tsp whole leaf oregano; 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine; 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar; 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

cook the jalapeno with the pasta salt to taste add olive oil to the water

cut the sausage into medallions cooks better and more evenly

brown ground beef add onions a spoon of tomatoes and garlic brown and drain

in a big pot add all the other ingredients except the tomato paste let cook adjust seasoning to your desired taste

add tomato paste and meat to sauce let simmer taste adjust serve with favorite blend of cheese I used parmesan cheese.
