  1. 2 kgpork belly/roast with skin
  2. 1oil
  3. 1salt

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 200C

    spray skin with oil

  3. 3

    sprinkle pork with salt to taste

  4. 4

    place pork in oven with drip tray underneath

  5. 5

    cook for 30mins

  6. 6

    lower to 180C and cook for 2 hours or until skin is crispy

  7. 7

    take out of oven and let sit for 10-15mins

  8. 8

    cut off skin and slice meat into desired portions

  9. 9

    cut and serve skin separately

  10. 10

    serve with gravy and desired sides

  11. 11

    enjoy
