Cooking Instructions

Brown pork chops in skillet in hot oil.

Season with salt and pepper; top with onion slices.

Combine soup, Worcestershire, thyme and garlic; pour and spread over chops and onion.

Cover pan and simmer for one hour.

Remove chops to platter and spoon sauce over. Serve with rice and a nice green salad.
