  1. 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 2 cupblack beans or peas
  3. 1 1/2 cuprice
  4. 1 dashsalt
  5. 1 dashblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan brown the ground beef then remove the meat on to a paper towel

  2. 2

    In the same pan warm the precooked beans in the pan once warm mash the bean reducing some of the liquid

  3. 3

    Remove the pan from the heat and add the meat , salt, and pepper

  4. 4

    Boil water then add rice once cooked add to the bean meat mixture and enjoy
