Cooking Instructions

Bring Enchilada sauce, water, and tomato sauce to a boil.

Brown ground beef with onion blend.
- 3
Scoop meat mixture, sauce and cheese on warmed tortillas.
- 4
Roll tortillas and place downward in ungreased pan.
- 5
Pour leftover sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese atop.
- 6
Bake until sauce bubbles abd cheese melts.

Enchiladas Enchiladas
My husband and I both love enchiladas! We tried a lot of enchiladas and chose this as our family enchilada recipe.If you can't find McCormick's taco seasoning mix or chili seasoning mix, you can use taco mix and chili powder that's usually available in Japanese supermarkets.
