  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 envelopeEnchilada sauce
  3. 1/4 cuponion blend
  4. 8 ozTomato sauce
  5. 1 cupWater
  6. 2 cupMexican Cheese Blend
  7. 10 smallTortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Bring Enchilada sauce, water, and tomato sauce to a boil.

  2. 2

    Brown ground beef with onion blend.

  3. 3

    Scoop meat mixture, sauce and cheese on warmed tortillas.

  4. 4

    Roll tortillas and place downward in ungreased pan.

  5. 5

    Pour leftover sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese atop.

  6. 6

    Bake until sauce bubbles abd cheese melts.
