Banana Pecan Bread

This time i cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup blueberries. So yummy! :hungry
Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 400°F

Combine mashed bananas, sugar, and spices in large mixing bowl.

Mix in melted butter, then beaten eggs

Stir in dry ingredients. Mix well

Stir in milk, then pecans
- 6
Line bread pans with wax paper or parchment. Fill lined pans 2/3 full with batter

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted

serve warm

First Attempt: Went well. I will probably add more vanilla and butter to the next batch.Second Attempt: Better. Added extra vanilla and butter. Decided to try brown sugar and liked the results.Third Attempt: Reduced oil and added sour cream for moisture. Great results! Cooked these for 30 minutes in muffin pans. Jarrod Milstead
