Ingredients

  1. bread dough
  2. 500 gramsflour
  3. 50 gramssugar
  4. 5 gramsyeist
  5. 250 mlmilk
  6. 1 mediumegg
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. topping
  9. 1 mediumegg
  10. 2 tspmilk

Cooking Instructions

    mix all dry ingredients with a wooden spoon then make a well and put in the egg and milk and mix eith a mixer

    after it's well mixed and became a dough, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes

    after it rises, beat the dough with hands then divided by 12 and shape it as you wish

  4. 4

    put it in a greased tray and let it rest for 50 minutes

  5. 5

    preheat over at 190°F Celsius

  6. 6

    before baking, mix together 1 egg and 2 teaspoons of milk and then brush it over each bread and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top

  7. 7

    bake it for 15-12 minutes
