Cooking Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN: 365° Time to make the stuffing! In the case of extra stuffing... you can stuff jalapeños or mushrooms and then your face.

In sauce or frying pan add a FEW slices of bacon. After a few minutes add HALF of the chopped onions and ALL the garlic in pan. Bring the bacon to a chewy consistency. Drain fat and add contents to mixing bowl.

Add mushrooms, creamcheese, shredded cheese, chopped onion to mixing bowl. Mix well. Place In Refrigerator To Harden Cream Cheese!

Use thinly sliced bacon. Cut in half to make shorter strips. Use teaspoon to form small cheese balls and wrap your cheese ball in bacon. The coolness of the cheese should keep it neatly placed. The thinner bacon is essential.

You can use a baking sheet or line your oven rack with aluminum foil. If desired sprinkle itlaian beead crumbs on each bite. Bake bites for 25-30 minutes or until desired crispness.

I've made plenty of different stuffed jalapenos but this is by far the best. it took a while but they came out awesome. It is very important that you coat these 3 times or the filling may leak out. If you don't like a crispy crust you can coat it twice instead. lizh0412 -
