Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1/2cucumber
  2. 1 pinchsea salt
  3. 100 mlwhite wine vinegar
  4. 1 smallonion (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and slice the cucumber as thinly as you can.

  2. 2

    Place the cucumber in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Optional: slice the onion and add to the cucumber.

  4. 4

    Add the vinegar and salt and stir.

  5. 5

    Leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes so that the cucumber absorbs the vinegar.
