Pickled onions, garlic and cucumbers

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. veggies
  2. 4 clovegarlic cloves, whole
  3. 3 mediumpickling cucumbers
  4. 1/2 largeonion, chopped
  5. liquids
  6. 1 2/3 cupwhite distilled vinegar
  7. 1/3 cupwater
  8. spices
  9. 1 1/4 tbspturmeric
  10. 1/3 cupkosher salt
  11. 1bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your vinegar, water solution

  2. 2

    Sterilize a half liter jar. Add the cucumbers, garlic, and onion

  3. 3

    Add turmeric, salt, and bay leaf. Add vinegar and water solution to the jar put a lid on it. As it cools it will suction the lid and seal.

    Let sit 2 weeks. Refrigerate after opening. Last as long as regular pickles.
