Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 1/2 cupvinegar
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2cucumber
  5. 4shallots
  6. 1each ,red and orange pepper
  7. 1 bunchcoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Mix vinegar,sugar and salt ,bring to simmer until reduce 1/3 part ,let cool

    Chop cucumber ,slice peppers ,shallots,add in mixing bowl or jar

  3. 3

    Pour marinate juice over ,topping with coriander leaves ,serve this marinated with satay dish :)
