Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber
  2. 2 tbspwolfberry ( dried goji berries )
  3. 100 gramsenoki mushroom
  4. STOCK
  5. 2 cupstock
  6. 2 tbspcornstarch with water(diluted)

Cooking Instructions

    slice cucumbers ribbon set aside

  2. 2

    wrap enoki with slice cucumbers ribbon and put on plate

  3. 3

    springkle wolfberry ( dried goji berries ) on plate

  4. 4

    bring to a boil vegetables stock and thicken with cornstarch then pour over plate and serve immediately
