Ingredients

  • 2 lbTomato
  • 1 lbOnion
  • 350 gramsSugar
  • 500 mlMalt vinegar
  • 1 tbspCurry
  • 1 tbspMustard powder
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 35 tbsp cornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop tomato and onions.

  2. 2

    Add to large pot with next five ingredients

  3. 3

    Cook for 30 minutes then thicken with cornflour mixed with some of the liquid.

  4. 4

    Bottle and seal in sterilised jars.

  5. 5

    Makes 5-6 jars.
