Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 150 gramsdark chocolate
  2. 2eggs
  3. 60 gramsgranulated sugar
  4. 2 tbspcocoa powder
  5. 200 mlsweet cream

Cooking Instructions

    Melt chocolate over a water bath. Cool it down.

    Beat the egg whites in a firm meringue.

  3. 3

    Mix together egg yolks with sugar. Add cocoa powder.

  4. 4

    Gradually add melted chocolate and whipped sweet cream to the egg mixture.

  5. 5

    Slowly and gently stir meringue in egg mixture to get creamy and lightly mixture.

    Gently pour chocolate foam into small cups.

  7. 7

    Put the chocolate mousse in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
