Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 2pie crusts (top and bottom)
  3. 3 cupswater
  4. 1 cancondensed cream of celery soup
  5. 2teaspoonfuls Garlic salt
  6. 2 cupsmixed vegetables
  7. 1/2 cupcooked vegetable (for garnish, optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Brown ground beef

    In large saucepan, mix soup, water, mixed vegetables, and garlic salt.

    Cut pie crusts in diagonal strips. Lay 1/2 the strips in 9 x 11 pan until bottom is completely covered.

    Add browned hamburger meat to vegetable mixture.

    Pour into dish

    Cover with the rest of the pie crust strips

  7. 7

    Add garnish vegetables (I used cooked asparagus). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and cook for another 30 minutes.
