This will make a lot of icing, if only using a couple of colors. If you like every color of the rainbow (like I do lol) you will need double or triple this recipe. Wonderful icing, easy to work with, dries hard and shiny! Let dry completely before stacking!!

This takes basic vanilla icing/glaze to perfection because it is cooked the raw flavor is gone and the addition of butter makes it delicious for cakes, donuts, coffee cakes, fruit anywhere you would want a topping.Change the extract flavor to make other flavors as well!
