Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 300 gOkro
  2. 1/2 bundleleaves Uziza
  3. 1 bundleVegetable(ugu)
  4. 5Fresh pepper
  5. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  6. 3cooking spoon Red oil
  7. 3 cubesKnorr
  8. 1Onion
  9. 1Stock fish
  10. 1Smoked titus fish
  11. 1/2 kgFresh cow meat

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and grate the okro.cut onion inside it and beat for 5minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the meat and stock fish with onion,salt,knorr cubes for 40minutes.as is boiling pour in the red oil.

    Wash the vegetables with salt,and slice.

  4. 4

    As the meat and stock fish is boiling pour in water enough for the soup and boil for 5minutes.

    Blend the crayfish and fresh peppper and add to the pot.add the knorr cubes, and salt cook for 8 minutes.

    Pour in the uziza leaves(sliced) and vegetable same time.turn very well it is ready
