Ingredients

  1. 8lasagna pasta, cooked and drained
  2. 1 lbof bacon, diced, cooked and drained
  3. 1 smallred or yellow onion
  4. 6 cloveof garlic, crushed
  5. 2chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  6. 2 cupof Alfredo cream sauce
  7. 1/2 cupof mozzarella cheese (to sprinkle on top)
  8. 1/2 cupof grated parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
  9. Filling
  10. 1 cupricotta cheese
  11. 1/2 cupof sour cream
  12. 6 ozof cream cheese
  13. 1/2 cupof parmesan cheese
  14. 1 tbspof garlic powder
  15. 2 tspof onion powder

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 350°

    Add 8 pieces of lasagna pasta to large pot of boiling water.

    Cook pasta 2 minutes less than the directions on package (they will finish in oven)

    Drain pasta then rinse in cold water to keep from sticking. blot dry with paper towel.

    Shred chicken then set aside

  6. 6

    Cut and fry bacon

  7. 7

    Add diced onions and garlic to bacon 3 minutes prior to baking

  8. 8

    Drain bacon mixture, place on plate over paper towel to catch excess fat

  9. 9

    In medium bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and seasonings

    Divide and spread evenly onto cooked pasta

    Add shredded chicken onto each pasta

  12. 12

    Sprinkle bacon over chicken (save some for the top)

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of bacon and chicken

    Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo cram sauce onto bottom of baking dish

  15. 15

    Roll pasta and place seam side down onto Alfredo sauce

  16. 16

    Cover roll ups with rest of Alfredo sauce

  17. 17

    Top with pieces of bacon

  18. 18

    Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over top

  19. 19

    bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 to 35 min.

    Let cool for 5 to 10 min.
