Ingredients

  1. 300 gramssmashed walnuts
  2. 100 gramsflour
  3. 200 gramsbrown sugar
  4. 100 gramsbreadcrumbs
  5. 8eggs
  6. 5 gramsbaking powder
  7. 5 gramscinamon powder
  8. 1shot of any liqueur you like
  9. 50 gramsbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven on 180º

  2. 2

    Seperate the egg white from the yellow

  3. 3

    Mix the egg white until it becomes foamy

  4. 4

    In a seperate plate mix the egg yellow until it gets creamy

  5. 5

    In another plate we mix the rest of the ingredients exept the butter and the liqueur

  6. 6

    We mix in a final plate the ingredients with the egg white and yellow

  7. 7

    We pour the liqueur in also

  8. 8

    Then mix slowly all of it until it becames creamy

  9. 9

    We butter the trey before we put the puding in it

  10. 10

    We put the puding in the trey and bake it for 45 minutes
