Ingredients

  1. 5large tomatoes (grinded)
  2. 15fresh scotch bonnet peppers (grinded)
  3. 1large onions (grinded)
  4. 2large tatashe (grinded)
  5. 1full chicken (pieced)
  6. 1cooking spoon vegetable oil
  7. Seasoning
  8. Salt
  9. 1 sachettomato paste
  10. 4garlic gloves (crushed)
  11. 1small ginger cut (crushed)
  12. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoonnutmeg

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Par-boil the chicken with seasoning, salt, nutmeg, garlic, ginger and curry powder until almost done

    Mix the tomato paste in the grinded tomatoes, pepper, tatashe and onions and mix

  3. 3

    Then pour into a pot and boil until dry

  4. 4

    Add the boiled chicken and little meatstock into the boiled tomato mix, add the vegetable oil

  5. 5

    Taste for seasoning and salt and add more if needed

  6. 6

    Cover and allow to cook for 10-15minutes
