Ingredients

7 serving
  1. 1 kgGizzard
  2. 2medium sized Green pepper
  3. 3 piecesCarrots
  4. 1 kgFresh pepper
  5. Salt
  6. 1Onion
  7. Vegetable oil for frying
  8. 1 cloveGinger
  9. 2 clovesGarlic
  10. 2Knorr cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse the gizzard with salt and boil with salt,Onion and knorr cubes.

    Blend the fresh pepper

  3. 3

    Slice onion,grate ginger and garlic.

  4. 4

    Slice the carrots and green pepper

  5. 5

    Heat up vegetable oil,fry the pepper,Onion add salt.fry for 5minutes and be stirring.

  6. 6

    Then pour in the boiled Gizzard and fry for 10minutes.

  7. 7

    Put the Gizzard in a stick,with the carrots,Green pepper and fresh pepper.
