Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1kilo salmon Strip
  • 1 (25 g)pack Knorr Sinigang na May Miso Recipe Mix
  • 1 cupfresh yellow miso
  • 1 bunchKangkong
  • 1 bunchsitaw
  • 3medium tomato wedged
  • 3 pieceslong green peppers
  • 1medium onion wedged
  • 10 gramsginger
  • 2 tbspfrying oil
  • 6-8 cupswater
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté ginger for 2 minutes then add the Salmon Strip.

  2. 2

    Pour in the Water, let it boil.

  3. 3

    Once the water starts to boil once more, add Knorr Sinigang na May Miso Recipe Mix. Stir, then add the fresh miso.

  4. 4

    Add the long green peppers. Cover and then cook in medium heat for 12 minutes.
    Add sitaw, ground black pepper, Salt. Stir. cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the Kangkong leaves. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.Enjoy!
